In Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ), our hands are gently placed on the body on certain areas called Safety Energy Locks. There are 26 of these on each side of the body. By placing the hands on these areas in certain pairs and sequences, the energy is able to move more freely so we feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. It's like acupuncture without the needles!

1-Hour Sessions:
In-Person, On-Site or Virtual

A Jin Shin Jyutsu session lasts about an hour. The client lays down on a comfortable table, fully clothed, while the practitioner uses her hands on specific Safety Energy Locks located all over the body to help one's energy flow freely. There is no pressure nor any manipulation. At the end of each session, your practitioner will give you daily Self-Care to help maintain the effects of the treatment.
Tailored Self-Care Sessions:
Private or Small Group
Self-Care is a big part of the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. At the end of every one-hour session, your practitioner will give you exercises to do at home. However, if you feel you need more, or want to focus on something specific (such as sleeplessness, or vaccine or surgery support), book a half-hour or one-hour one-on-one Self-Care Session to delve further into what you can do to help yourself.

Perhaps you and some friends find you are going through similar things in life (stress, insomnia, menopause, etc) and would like some support. Call today to see how a class specific to those needs can be created for you.
Intensive Sessions
Sometimes the body needs more attention than is possible in weekly sessions. Intensive sessions are customized to your needs and the commitment will be multiple sessions a week for one or more weeks. Please contact me today to discuss your specific situation.

My Story
As a busy mom to three growing boys, I am always on the go! I used to feel tired ALL THE TIME and felt like I was constantly struggling. In 2012 we moved to Singapore where these feelings were exacerbated. Trying to navigate a new way of life in a foreign country, adapt to a new climate (one my body does NOT thrive in), find my way around a new school system, and constantly meeting new people was truly exhausting.
​One day, while at the pediatrician’s office with one of my boys, the doctor noticed my overall wellbeing wasn't doing so great. Part of her philosophy is "treat the parent, treat the child" and she gifted me my very first Jin Shin Jyutsu® (JSJ) session.

​After just one session I was hooked! I found it to be the peaceful restoration my body and mind needed and was amazed at just how powerful the experience was and I couldn't get enough! Quickly I became more curious about how this ancient energy art works and took my first five-day JSJ course in 2015 and another the following year (all the while still receiving sessions).
​
In 2017-2018, after moving back to the U.S.A., I participated in and graduated from the Jin Shin Jyutsu Professional Practitioners Course held in Morristown, N.J. My study is ongoing through in-person and online courses, and study groups with practitioners from all around the world.

​I always knew that self-care was a big a part of the art but didn't really make a regular practice of it until the Professional Practitioners Course and especially these last couple of years. Self-care really helps support sessions (which I receive as often as possible) and overall wellbeing. I am so grateful to have Jin Shin Jyutsu in my life and I look forward to sharing it with you!
